If you have been charged with a drinking / driving offence in BC: You are facing a criminal charge or charges and you should contact a lawyer immediately. If you are convicted you will receive a criminal record in addition to the punishment ordered by the court. You only have 7 days to dispute the 90-day ADP driving prohibition. Even if you blew over, you may be innocent: A reading over .08 does not necessarily mean that the evidence establishes guilt.
